A meeting with the prime imam of Tashkent was held at the academy

Today, a meeting was held at the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan with the prime imam of Tashkent, Abduqahhor Yunusov.

During the event, Abdukahhor Yunusov gave a lecture to the students about the value of knowledge, taking as much knowledge as possible from teachers and not being influenced by different strange ideas.

Islam orders to fight against ignorance with education. The word "knowledge" is mentioned 811 times in different meanings in the Qur'an. One meaning of the word Qur'an is "to read". Our ancestors who followed this command - Imam Bukhari, Imam Termizi, Burhoniddin Marginani, Beruni, Khorezmi, Farghani, Navoi made an incomparable contribution to world science and left us a priceless  heritage.

A book is a treasure. It is up to us to decorate our spiritual world with these pearls of this treasure. A reading companion should be imagined as a person with a torch in his hand. He illuminates not only his own path, but also paths of his loved ones.

During the meeting, the students asked their questions and received complete answers to their questions.

At the end of the event, Abdukahhor Yunusov and the vice-imam of Tashkent Abdullah Yoldoshev gave souvenirs to the students.
