JICA delegation at the Academy

The delegation led by Goto Daiske, head of the Volunteer Program Secretariat of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), visited the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan in order to meet with the leadership of the Academy and learn about the activities of the Japanese volunteer, Mori Yasuyuki, involved in the educational process.

At the meeting, the rector of the Academy thanked the representatives of the agency for the fact that the regular cooperation with the JICA organization is entering a new stage, and that it is of great importance in acquiring new knowledge for the students of the Academy.

After that, Iwata Shoichi, the coordinator of the Japan International Cooperation Agency, acknowledged that he highly evaluate the practical cooperation with the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, the issues of further cooperation with JICA were discussed.

At the end of the dialogue, both sides expressed gratitude for the friendly meeting and cooperation.
