Uzbek scholars gave a "Master Class" in Islamic sciences to students of the Bulgarian Islamic Academy

 As you know, nowadays a conference conducted by Russian Federation on the topic: "Islamic Studies and Islamic Theology in the Modern Education System: Problems and Prospects" the II International Scientific-Practical Conference is being held in the Republic of Tatarstan.

This prestigious conference, which brings together scholars and young researchers from Islamic higher education and leading research centers in the CIS and Eastern Muslim countries. It also focuses on current issues and issues facing the world. At the time when religious extremism, separatism and terrorism are on the rise, which are of concern to the whole world. It is time to prove that the holy religion of Islam is based on true knowledge, spirituality and goodness. The most pressing issue today is to respond to the dark forces with enlightenment.

In this regard, on the next day of the conference, according to the invitation of the Bulgarian Islamic Academy, the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Religious Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Rector of the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan Muzaffar Kamilov held a “Master class” on the topic “Current problems of Islamic studies and its solutions”.

It is known that Uzbekistan has long been the cradle of scientists. It is true that the golden pages of the Eastern civilization - the civilization of mankind - were written by great thinkers who grew up in our country. That is why today there are holy shrines and saints in every corner of our country. Therefore, it is not surprising that the Republic of Uzbekistan has always attracted the attention of scientists, scholars and pilgrims.

In this sense, in an open lesson conducted by the well-known historian and Islamic scholar Muzaffar Kamilov. He spoke about the essence of the sacred religion of Islam, its importance in the spiritual development of mankind, its scientific research and its dissemination to the general public and about his invaluable service and modern experience in the study of this spiritual and cultural heritage. In particular, the establishment of the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan on the basis of Tashkent Islamic University and the Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan in recent years, the establishment of its training centers in five regions of the country and the International Research Center named after Imam Moturidi. It was noted that important steps have been taken in teaching.

In this regard, it is important to strengthen cooperation with many higher education and research centers around the world, such as the Bulgarian Islamic Academy.
