Student Exchange

Based on the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan and Kırıkkale University, students of the Faculties of Islamic Studies and Classical Oriental Philology were sent to Kırıkkale University in Türkiye within the framework of academic mobility.

Under the memorandum signed between our Academy and Kırıkkale University, I am currently studying at this university within the academic mobility program.

First of all, the conditions created at the university left a very positive impression on me. The campus is spacious, modern, and equipped with all the necessary facilities for students. In particular, the rich library collection, the electronic resource database, and the effective use of digital technologies in the learning process are truly commendable.

The education system is organized on the basis of the credit-module system, where great attention is paid to students’ independent research and study. Classes are conducted in an interactive manner, encouraging students to express their opinions, engage in discussions, and conduct analysis. I especially appreciated the open communication between professors and students, as well as their scientific approach to teaching.

The conditions created for international students deserve special recognition. The university has an active international relations office that provides practical assistance to students with documentation, course selection, and adaptation to the academic environment. Communication with students from different nationalities also provides opportunities for cultural exchange and gaining new experiences.

In addition, the student residence — the dormitory — is equipped with modern facilities, and a high level of security and cleanliness is ensured. A balanced environment for both studying and recreation has been created for students, which positively affects the effectiveness of education.

What I found particularly interesting is the balance between theory and practice in the learning process, the strong emphasis on developing students’ independent thinking, and the presence of clear assessment criteria for each subject.

In conclusion, studying at Kırıkkale University has become a great school of experience for me and serves as an important foundation for my future academic career.

In addition, students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and International Relations at the Academy, who received the National Scholarship of the Slovak Republic, went abroad for practical training.

Studying in Slovakia has become not only an academic but also a personal and intellectual growth experience for me. The education system here places strong emphasis on students’ independent thinking, analytical approach, and scientific research. Classes are not limited to simply delivering information — active participation in discussions, asking questions, and defending one’s position with reasoned arguments are required.

In particular, while studying in the field of international relations and political analysis, I had the opportunity to see firsthand how the European academic environment operates. Library resources, open communication with professors, and a culture of independent research have all significantly enhanced my academic level.

At the same time, studying abroad strengthens a person mentally as well. A new environment, a new culture, and new requirements compel you to work on yourself. This process is not easy, but these challenges become a key factor in personal and professional development.

I am grateful to my university for providing this opportunity.
