Turkish scholar at the academy

The International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan has established close cooperation with many reputable higher education institutions in the world. First of all, there is a great attention to the exchange of experience between the professors and teachers, the organization of master classes.

After all, we have access to thousands of students in our classrooms, where we are internationally renowned for their field of study and foreign experts. Accordingly, Professor Sonmez Kutlu, Turkish university professor of Ankara and famous scholar started teaching the students of the International Islamic Academy in Uzbekistan.

Along this, students, young scholars and professors share their knowledge and ideas on the rich spiritual heritage of our famous ancestor Moturudi, who was born in our country.

The guest was welcomed by the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation B.Mamadiev and Associate Professor of the Department of Islamic Studies and Islamic Civilization, Candidate of Historical Sciences S.Akilov. In a friendly atmosphere, the two leaders talked about the latest developments in science and the recent reforms in science.

It is well- known that the study of classical sources on the doctrine of Moturidia is a requirement of the time. This doctrine is of great importance in the fight against extremist movements in the guise of religion. After all, the various contradictions and difficult questions of religion that are emerging in any society can be solved by the great spiritual legacy left by our grandfather.

The scientist also visited Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan during his career and spoke to local students about the history of the Moturidian doctrine and its scientific and spiritual heritage. Therefore, the collaboration and exchange of experience in the field of master classes by Professor Sonmez Kutlu at the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan will be fruitful.
